Powerful beyound measure...

A day after I come back from Nairobi, Kenya.

Известен лектор започнал семинара си в зала с 200 души и 100-доларова банкнота в ръка. 
- Кой иска тази банкнота? Всички вдигнали ръце. 
- Ще я дам на един от вас тази вечер, но преди това … Скъсал банкнотата на две. 
- Кой я иска сега? Пак всички ръце се вдигнали.
- А ако направя така?… Той я пуснал на земята и започнал да я тъпче и размазва. Вдигнал я -мръсна, изпокъсана. 
- А сега? Иска ли я някой? Отново всички. 
Тогава той започнал: 
- Няма значение какво ще направя с банкнотата, вие винаги ще я искате, защото тя не губи стойността си. Така е и с хората. 
Много пъти сме смазвани, ритани и не се чувстваме важни, но без значение какво ни се случва, ние не губим стойността си. Мръсни или чисти, смачкани или цели, дебели или слаби, високи или ниски, нищо няма значение. Нищо от това не променя нашата значимост. 
Цената на живота ни не е в това как изглеждаме пред другите, а в това кои сме и какво знаем. 
Сега помислете добре и си спомнете: 
- петимата най-богати души в света 
- петте последни Мис Свят 
- петима лауреати на Нобелова награда 
- петимата последни носители на Оскар...
Как върви? Трудно, нали? Не се притеснявайте. Никой от нас не си спомня вчерашните най-добри. Аплодисментите отлитат, трофеите потъват в прах, победителите се забравят! 
Сега си спомнете: 
- трима учители, помогнали ви във вашето истинско израстване; 
- трима приятели, помогнали ви в труден момент 
- някой, накарал ви да се чувствате специален 
- петима души, съпътствали ви през живота. 
Как върви? Много по-добре, нали? Хората, които оставят следа в живота ни, не са най-известните, нито най-богатите, нито най-надарените. Те са онези, които се грижат за нас, обичат ни, вярват в нас, които са с нас винаги.

Thankful Everyday

Thank you for reminding my day and making it special.

I am thankful everyday for the people in my life.

I may not make the time everyday to stop and tell each of them. If they cross my mind, I am sure to let them know.

I’m sure it scares people when they get unexpected msgs/calls/notes from me saying how much they mean to.

Time flies and everything changes in the blink of an eye.

Always be sure to tell the people you love, that you love them; to let people know that they are important to you.

Especially when you have the time to do so. 

You have time to nag, then you have time to say I love you, then you have time to say I'm thankful that I know you.

“I say to you, this morning, that if you have never found something so dear and precious to you that you will die for it, then you aren’t fit to live.

Shakespeare describes those people who have many more thoughts in a given time period than others. You can almost see how their brains work faster and how new ideas pour forth in a never-ending stream faster than you can snap them up. You can call those people TPM or Thoughts Per Minute.
